INFANT CLASS

Our Infant program is committed to promoting quality care for children 3 months to 18 months. The main aim of our infant program is to foster the development of their personality and basic trust by providing an environment where people respond appropriately to the infant’s verbal and non-verbal communication of the need to be loved, accepted and respected. The infant is exposed to a variety of interesting objects to look at, explore and experience, which are designed to meet their development stages and sensitive periods.

TEACHER REQUIREMENTS

  • Teacher candidates must be patient, loving, and nurturing
  • Candidates must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift a minimum of 20 lbs.
  • Must possess CPR & First Aid Certification or be able to obtain certification before being counted in ratio
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Passion for working with children
  • Minimum of 2 years experience working with Infants is a plus
  • Must possess the ability to multitask
  • Must be willing to take over tasks in any age group

TODDLER CLASS

Since children learn best through hands-on activities, our toddler classroom is designed to allow children opportunities to explore and discover through active play. In addition, our teachers give toddlers responsive, individualized attention to help build skills in areas of social and emotional growth, motor skills and body management, language, sensory and perception, as well as self-care skills.

LEAD TEACHER REQUIREMENTS

  • Accredited Montessori Certification required
  • Previous experience in Early Childhood Education
  • Teacher candidates must be patient, loving, and nurturing.
  • Must be able to exhibit classroom management
  • Must have strong organizational skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Passion for working with children
  • Must possess CPR & First Aid Certification or be able to obtain certification before being counted in ratio
  • Candidates must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs.

ASSISTANT TEACHER REQUIREMENTS

  • Assistant teacher candidates must be patient, loving, and nurturing.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Passion for working with children
  • Candidates must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift a minimum of 20 lbs.
  • Must possess CPR & First Aid Certification or be able to obtain certification before being counted in ratio
  • Minimum of 2 years experience working with Toddlers is a plus
  • Basic understanding of the Montessori philosophy and method
  • Must possess the ability to multitask
  • Must be willing to assist with any age group

PRIMARY CLASS

Our primary program offers extensive Montessori curriculum based on the age, maturity, learning pace and interest of each child. Our classrooms are well equipped with high quality didactic materials that help the children progress sequentially from simple exercises to more challenging concepts in each of the key areas of learning. The program focuses on promoting self-motivation by offering a variety of lessons in math, language, science, geography, and cultural studies, along with practical life exercises that develop independence. Our teachers design individualized lesson plans for each child according to their ability so as to make sure that children develop self confidence as they master each concept and challenge themselves to reach the next level.

  • Minimum of 2 years experience working with preschool ages is a plus
  • Experience in a Montessori classroom is preferred
  • Basic understanding of the Montessori philosophy and method
  • Must possess the ability to multitask
  • Must be willing to assist with any age group

AFTER SCHOOL CARE

TEACHER REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 2 years experience working in Early Childhood Education
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Passion for working with children
  • Must be able to exhibit classroom management skills
  • Must have strong organizational skills
  • Must be willing to assist with any age group
  • Must be able to prepare weekly lesson plans
  • Must be creative and energetic
  • Must be able and willing to sing with the children daily
  • Must possess CPR & First Aid Certification or be able to obtain certification before being counted in ratio
  • Basic understanding of the Montessori philosophy and method
  • Must possess the ability to multitask
  • Candidates must be patient, loving, and nurturing.
